Full Training and Care

The farm provides large box stalls, ample turnout, medical paddocks, indoor and outdoor arenas. All riders have access to the beautifully renovated lounge. 

Monthly fee includes training of both horse and rider. Full Care of horse includes all grooming, turnout, show trimming and maintenance. Does not include body clipping ( to be done at trainers discretion), Vet, Farrier, laundry, and any medications or supplements that your horse may need. 

Trainer per diem : $ 100.00 per day.  50% of total per diem will be credited to the commission at the close of the sale. This per diem is applied when trainer is required to travel for horse trials. Client is responsible for all travel costs. Commission on all sales and leases 15%.
